• Our report will reflect whether the designated partner engaged or responded to the outreach.
• The service does not guarantee any specific outcome or client satisfaction; our commitment is to deliver a report based on the interaction attempt, regardless of whether the partner responds.

2. Delivery Timeline

• All reports are delivered within 5 working days from the date of order confirmation.
• If the partner does not respond, a “Non-Engagement” finding is provided, which still constitutes a completed service.

3. Refunds & Chargebacks

• Due to the nature of the service, all sales are final.
• A report will be delivered in all cases, fulfilling the service, irrespective of partner engagement.
• Chargebacks or disputes for “non-performance” will be contested with evidence of service delivery (timestamped outreach, conversation logs, and report proof).

4. Limitations of Liability

• We are not responsible for: The actions or decisions you take based on the report.
• Any relationship outcomes (including disputes, breakups, engagements, or reconciliations).
• Any damages (emotional, financial, reputational) arising from the report.
